I have always had a keen interest in photography beginning at the age of 7 getting my first camera, an Ilford Sprite! On leaving school in the early 70’s, I worked part time as a photographer doing a wide range of candid, commercial and studio photography but specialising in wedding and studio portraiture.In the 1980’s I was owner/operator of Life Photography which had studios and outlets in both Wellington and the Hutt Valley.
In 1982 I introduced my wedding video service. Since then I have continued my wedding video and photographic services along with working in Television, photo labs and producing/directing multi camera big screen sports presentations and various productions and events, highlights being the three Lord of the Rings, King Kong and the Hobbit red carpet premieres here in Wellington.
I am skilled at what I do and can manage the unexpected. I liaise with relevant parties to ensure we respect the needs, culture and expectations of your particular occasion.
For the past 10 or more years I have offered and provided total technical support to the local funeral directors. Services include both video and audio recording, live streaming, PA and audio support to a wide variety of churches and family specified venues or locations. Large screen presentations and venue distibution is a speciality, locally, nationally and internationally. Recorded services a put in a private, secure space online as so families can share the service with anyone, anywhere in the world.
